Jollof rice is a one-pot rice dish that's popular in many West African countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Togo, and Gambia. It's made with rice, tomatoes, onions, pepper, and spices. Jollof rice is often served with chicken, beef, or fish.
